Treat yourself to our Live Wellbeing Workshop- Stretch the body & calm the mind.

10 a.m. - 1 p.m.



A morning to nourish the body and soothe the soul. 

Allow us to guide you through a series of Mat Pilates movements with practical strategies to help manage stress, discuss the benefits of optimal nutrition and the positive impact this has on your life, followed by a therapeutic yoga flow to have you feeling refreshed and revitalised. 

This workshop is designed to improve your mental focus, coordination and an awareness of your overall well-being before moving into your day. 


No fancy equipment needed - just a mat, some water, and the zoom link.



Workshop Schedule



10 a.m. - 11 a.m.   ~  Mat Pilates

Ash will begin the day with a beautiful series of Physio-led Mat Pilates designed to rejuvenate and revive the body- tailored to all levels of ability. 

Whether you want to enhance your recovery from that morning run or encourage some movement after a long week at the office, this class will help you get the blood flowing! Ash will finish up with some practical strategies to help manage stress.




11 a.m. - 12 a.m.   ~   Nutrition 

Orla will discuss Nutrition for health and how it impacts our digestion, hormones and our relationship with food. 

This informative piece will show you how changing what you eat can help to improve your mood and emotional health.



12 a.m. - 1 p.m.   ~   Yoga

Sarah will take you on a restorative yoga journey leaving you feeling peaceful, grounded and strong.

 Using her Physiotherapy knowledge she will provide a therapeutic Yoga session promoting your overall health and well-being.


Speakers


Aisling Freir


A Chartered Physiotherapist as well as a clinical Pilates instructor and a Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Aisling is passionate about enabling people to build strength and mobility through exercise whatever your level in a fun, supportive environment.

Her specialist clinical areas include spinal rehabilitation, running injuries, mental wellbeing, and the female athlete. 


Orla Swan


Orla is a Nutritionist who is passionate about delivering high quality evidence-based knowledge to improve health and our relationship with food.

Orla specialises in the relationship we have with our food and our bodies, IBS and gut health, dietary effects on Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and hormones. She designs tailored nutritional programs to target each individuals' goals- promoting a healthier and happier life. 


Sarah Vickery 


An energetic and passionate Yoga Instructor & Physiotherapist. Sarah has a special interest in the rehabilitation of spinal pain and athletic performance. She believes Yoga Therapy encompasses a mindful approach to optimal health and well-being.

Her classes take you through a gentle flow while enhancing balance flexibility and strength, leaving you feeling refreshed and energised for the day ahead.
