Sarah is energetic and passionate Pilates instructor and physiotherapist, She has done her training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute and has a special interest in the rehabilitation of spinal pain and athletic performance. In Sarah's variety of enjoyable classes, you can expect to improve on your body's overall strength, flexibility and function to help all aspects of your daily life -

Niamh is enthusiastic about empowering people to achieve their full movement potential by adapting the exercises through controlled and progressive movements. To keep the class fresh and creative she takes the classic Pilates repertoire and adds variations throughout. She believes that the beauty of Physio Pilates is that it is suited to anyone from the athlete to those with low mobility and fitness levels, allowing people from all walks of life to remain fit and healthy.

Eoin is a physiotherapist with a background in acting, coaching and all things travel-related. Since graduating from UCD in 2013 he has worked in multiple private practices across New Zealand and Melbourne, Australia. In 2018, Eoin took a side-step from physiotherapy to pursue a long-standing passion for screen-acting. The strange mix of these 2 crafts led to the vision for Pocket Class. That vision is simple: Help instructors to represent themselves on screen in a way that is totally true to who they are.

Clara is a NHS Hospital Doctor who first fell in love with Pilates 10 years ago, and for the last 2 years has been a qualified instructor. She completed her training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute (APPI), which specialises in clinical Pilates and movement rehabilitation. When she is not in hospital or on the mat, Clara honours her Anglo-French nationality by searching for the best croissant in town to go with her morning cup of tea, and is known for keeping a mean supply of cheese and wine.

Aisling is a Chartered Physiotherapist from Ireland working in private practice in West London. After graduating from Trinity College Dublin in 2016, she completed post graduate studies as a clinical Pilates instructor and a Certified Functional Strength Coach.

Aisling is passionate about enabling people to build strength and mobility through exercise whatever your level in a fun, supportive environment. Her specialist clinical areas include spinal rehabilitation, running injuries, mental wellbeing, and the female athlete. In her spare time, she is a keen runner and hopes to complete a half marathon this year. Her classes range from beginner to intermediate level.

Emma is an Irish Chartered Physiotherapist and Pilates instructor based in North London who's experience ranges from teaching Pilates beginners to the advanced athlete. Emma caters her classes for all levels and aims to create a positive and welcoming environment in which to achieve your health and fitness goals.

A passionate and fun-loving Pilates instructor, Panda is known for her enthusiasm, variety and energy. Achieving her Master Pilates instructor qualifications in 2014, Panda's knowledge shines through in her personal brand of Pilates; a blend of challenging but fun workouts, with a devotion to helping clients achieve their goals. As well as indulging her passion for Pilates, Panda also has a love for nature, culinary pursuits, music and snowboarding.

Emma has been in the fitness industry for 7 years and has a passion for motivating every individual interested in fitness from beginners to advanced. With a strong background in teaching anatomy and physiology she creates a fun and educational environment in her classes. Her qualifications range from pre and post natal to strength and conditioning and everything in between. If you're looking for a good sweat check out her HIIT class.

Alitta is a passionate practitioner of Yoga and Meditation and has been teaching since 2012. She loves facilitating her community of students in finding ease, vitality and flow within their bodies.

Her classes draw from a number of Somatic movement practices with a focus on breath, alignment, mobility and developing interoception. Most importantly just having FUN! Alitta seeks to promote diversity, body positivity and inclusivity as well as Trauma Sensitivity in her work to ensure that her classes are a safe and supportive experience.
